Suzanne NilesChief People Officer
Suzanne Niles recently joined Molson as Chief People Officer. She is responsible for the overall delivery of all HR services across Canada for the Molson business.
Prior to joining Molson, Suzanne worked at Unilever for over 10 years. In the latter part of her career with Unilever, Suzanne completed an international assignment in the US, working in both Connecticut and Chicago. In her last assignment, she was the VP, Human Resources for Unilever Foodsolutions North America, responsible for the overall delivery of HR services for the NA business, including Corporate Sales Training and Facilities. Prior to this, Suzanne held a variety of HR Director roles within Supply Chain, Brand Development and in HR Talent Management for the North America Home and Personal Care Division of Unilever. In Unilever Canada, she worked for Lipton, which included National responsibility for Compensation and Management Development, and then moved to Good Humor-Breyers as Director Human Resources to lead the HR function. Previous to this, Suzanne worked for several years in Labour Relations and as a HR Generalist in the Health Care Industry.
Suzanne is a graduate of Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce Honors and Masters of Industrial Relations.
